There's no one size fits all for how we should each approach our day-to-day diets. I'm here to help you understand what works best for you, whilst making sure it's all based on up-to-date research.
My journey began 12 years ago as a dietetic student at the University of Surrey. What really fascinated me was the impact diet could have on health and wellbeing: both in how people could manage conditions and improve their quality of life. This drove me to pursue a PhD, where I formulated my own projects looking at the impact of dietary patterns on health.
Now an award-winning HCPC Registered Dietitian and world leading expert on Intermittent Fasting, I spent many years within both clinical NHS and research settings. I work to provide tailored and evidence-based dietary advice across an array of medical conditions; such as weight management and reducing the risk of Type 2 Diabetes. Get in touch to start your journey and we can come up with a plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
